Cruise Prices Rebounding from Sept. 11
I found this article on the News Journal's Website. It talks about how cruise prices are climbing as the industry rebounds from the Sept. 11 terriost attacks, but despite higher prices people are still paying. While there are other options, like cruisequick.com , researchers say the best bet is to check with the cruise line first.

it seems with airlines also, its cheaper now to check directly with the airline than use any of the travel sites that maintain they are cheaper ?
This is true. I went on an Alaskan cruise following 9/11 and the prices were ridiculously high. If we weren't celebrating my grandparent's 50th anniversary we wouldn't have traveled at that time.
