MTV's Spring Break
Ok, so it's that time again for those inevitable days when MTV plays nothing but Spring Break coverage. The same shows over and over again all weekend long. Now don't get wrong, I don't watch MTV all that often. They have their occasional good shows but it drives me insane when you can't turn it on without seeing the same thing you saw a couple of hours ago when channel surfing. And as if that weren't bad enough, the shows are ridiculously stupid. Maybe I'm getting older but come on!!! It's the same every episode, every year....beautiful ppl shaking their butts and making fools of themselves for cash, prizes, and their 5 minutes of fame. I really want to know who thought that watching ppl that look that good enjoying themselves on a warm beach while the viewer sits at home would really be an enjoyable show. Cause i just find it annoying!!

I couldn't agree with you more. I got to my TV Guide via internet and look to see whats on MTV...and all the titles begin with 'Spring Break'. Its really depressing cuz
a) They are all beautiful like you said
b) I'll be in DELAWARE for spring break
It makes my bitter and I can't watch it. MTV will be off limits for the next month on account of all the reruns. I was a little worried this afternoon when I thought their spring break shows were gonna replace the Sunday Stew. That would be the end of MTV as we knew it...
MTV Spring break is overrated. They put a bunch of goodlooking students in the audience, hire out-dated celebs, and reside in the same locations year after year. The promotional event is extremely boring, not to mention over-played on MTV. I'd rather avoid the MTV groupies and travel to a remote location with my close friends.
