More than just chinese food

One of my friends (also a business major) got offered a job for when she graduates...congratulations!!! One of the conditions though is that they need her to travel to China for 2-3 wks...LUCKY! I would love to spend a couple of weeks in a foreign company and be paid to do it. Maybe she can gets some tips from this China Travel Guide. Congrats, good luck, and be sure to send us a postcard telling us all about China!!

i spent 3 days in china, beijing ... very interesting ... half the worlds cranes are in beijing and shanghai (lots of construction).

thats awesome that your friend got a job AND gets to travel. I don't know how I'd feel about China though. Thats a pretty difficult language barrier and culture shock. I need a job that'll sent me to Ireland...or Vegas

Travelling to China is one thing...LIVING in China is completely different. I dont think I could deal with living to many places outside of the United States. But whatever floats your boat.

Ill tell you what though, for a business major, China is the place to be. That place is exploding with business opportunities. Over 1 billion people who are all ready to buy western products--definititly lucrative.

Traveling abroad is awesome, especially if your work will pay for it! I just got back from studying abroad in Germany, Austria, Hungary, Czech Repub and Ireland -- boy what an experience. Have you been out of the country?

My junior year of highschool a group of us from my spanish class traveled all over Spain. It was an incredible experience (except that I got a little bit of sick from some shrimp I ate) It was def. a trip I will NEVER forget!!
